When you think of the most extreme testing ground for 'teamwork' and 'leadership' it's hard to imagine anything more testing than the military.

Regardless how you feel about these institutions or their purpose, you must admit that when it is literally 'life and death' there are lessons to be learned that can be applied to much less hazardous workplaces.
