We use GSuite for hosting our emails, domain and store our company information in Google Drive.  Although it can be a bit clunky at times, it the services are well priced and the support is good.
This is our booking engine that we've adapted to work for trampoline parks, climbing gyms, escape rooms and laser tag.  Versatile but expensive, the reporting is not so good just yet.  The customer side is great but the back end can be complex.
This where we store all our procedures.  It provides online access to people in our organisation based on their role, and, monitors which training packages they've completed.  It's controlled documents and training all in one!
Xero is accounting software and I honestly can't imagine using anything else now.  It's well priced and incredibly powerful and if you're in business you're probably using it already.  If not, I'd change to it.
Keeping track of all the login's required for all these different systems is an absolute nightmare.  So we use Last Pass to store our login details, credit cards and secure notes.  You can share certain passwords with your team.  It's a great system that integrates with chrome and leaves your brain free to store more important things.
Lucidchart is great for creating flowcharts, org charts, system diagrams... even floorplans!  There's a free version that will probably suffice for most people.  If you're a visual thinker (like most of us) this tool can be really helpful.
In my opinion this is the best rostering software on the market.  It's great for us as we share our staff across different locations.  The budgeting tool is especially useful to prevent us spending too much on wages, which is easy with so many casual staff.  It's more expensive but totally worth it.
With so many emails coming into our inboxes it's easy to lose track of important company communications.  That's why we do all our internal communication in Slack.  We use the paid account but it is also available for free.  I love that people can set their availability so when I'm working at 4 in the morning I can send them messages and know I'm not waking them up!
We use Jotform to collect information online for both internal and external.  We use it for our incident reporting system, our party booking system and much more.  It's just so versatile and I constantly find new uses for it.  Links directly to google sheets and from there we use Zapier to do all sorts with it.
Ok now we are into the 'secret weapons' area.  Zapier is a connection tool that has revolutionised how we do business.  It links different softwares together so that you don't have to create expensive API's.  Want to link your POS to a Google Sheet so you can make a daily sales graph that changes automatically?  Zap it!
And finally we get to the Nuclear Warhead in our arsenal.  Ontraport is the tool we use not just for marketing automation, but for automating almost everything!  We use it for incident management, email marketing, task delegation, automating regular work, website creation, landing page creation, managing our subscriptions and much more.  When you first look at the prices you might think it's expensive, but after 3 months you'll realise it makes you more money that you could ever spend on it.
